Because each order is made to order and involves bulky and heavy items, shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the specific product specifications. We are committed to complete transparency throughout the shipping process.
1. Processing Time (Order Handling Time)
- All products are custom-made according to your requirements.
- Standard processing time is 8 – 52 business days (approximately 2 to 10 weeks), depending on the complexity of customization, current production schedule, and material availability.
- Once your order is produced and ready to ship, we will notify you by email and provide tracking information when available.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Note: For complex custom designs or during busy periods, processing time may be extended. We will keep you informed of any delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for our large custom aluminum alloy products are calculated individually and are not fixed. The final shipping cost depends on:
- Product dimensions and weight (many items are oversized and require special freight handling)
- Shipping destination and zone
- Selected shipping carrier and service level
The exact shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your payment. There are no hidden shipping fees.
- We ship to Argentina, United Arab Emirates, Oman, and many other countries/regions worldwide.
- For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees. These charges are not included in our shipping cost.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time
We partner with reliable carriers and freight services suitable for heavy and oversized aluminum products. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier schedules.
- Estimated total delivery time: 8 – 52 business days from the date the order is shipped (as displayed in our shipping settings).
- Transit time begins once the goods leave our warehouse.
- Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
Important notes for large items:
- Some deliveries may require signature upon receipt.
- Delivery is typically to curbside or front door. Interior delivery or special equipment (forklift/liftgate) may incur additional charges and must be arranged in advance.
- Please provide clear delivery instructions when placing your order.
4. Free Shipping and Promotions
Due to the size and weight of our custom aluminum alloy products, we do not currently offer free shipping. Occasional promotions may be available — please check our website or contact us for the latest offers.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for large and heavy items.
- Shipping to certain remote areas or countries may be limited or subject to higher costs.
- We do not ship to countries or regions under international trade sanctions or where delivery is prohibited by law.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production has started or the order has been shipped.
