1. Lead Time
All KENTEN structure tents are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Standard production lead time is 7-60 business days, depending on order size and complexity. 

2. Shipping Methods
We partner with international freight forwarders to deliver structure tents worldwide via:
– 20ft / 40ft Container (FOB/CIF terms)

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination port, order quantity, and packaging volume. All shipping fees are clearly quoted before order confirmation.

4. International Shipping
KENTEN ships to 80+ countries worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the quoted price unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Installation Support
KENTEN provides detailed installation manuals and video tutorials for all structure tents. On-site installation service is available upon request at an additional cost. Please contact us at sale@kenten-tent.com for installation arrangements.

7. Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide you with a Bill of Lading (BOL) number and carrier details so you can track your shipment.
