KENTEN China is committed to providing customers with high-quality custom aluminum structure tents and temporary building solutions. Since most of our products are manufactured to specific customer requirements, please carefully read the following return policy before placing an order.
Return Request Deadline
Customers must submit any return, damage, or defect claims within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Custom Products
Most of KENTEN products are customized to customer requirements, including but not limited to:
Tent size and layout
Structural configuration
Roofing and wall materials
Doors, windows, and accessories
Branding and project-specific customization
Due to the personalized and customized nature of these products:
Generally, custom products not due to quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once an order has commenced production, it cannot be cancelled unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective product, is damaged during shipping, or is incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team within the specified time.
To process your claim, we may need:
Order number
Photos or videos showing the problem
A detailed description of the defect or damage
Upon verification, KENTEN may offer appropriate solutions, including:
Replacement parts
Product repair
Partial refund
Product replacement
Depending on the specific circumstances, other reasonable solutions are also possible.
Non-Defective Goods
As our products are all custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products not due to quality issues, including:
Buyer regret
Incorrect purchasing decision
Changes in project requirements
Delays due to local permits or site conditions
Installation problems not caused by manufacturing defects
Shipping Damage Claims
Customers should inspect all products immediately upon receipt.
Any visible shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Failure to report shipping damage within the stipulated period may affect eligibility for a claim or compensation.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the problem is caused by a manufacturing defect or shipping error confirmed by KENTEN:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and related logistics costs.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
