4. Orders and Payment

4.2 Payment Terms

• For custom/bulk orders and project quotations: Payment terms are as specified in your formal quotation.
• All payments must be received in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on shop.kenten-tent.com are processed in USD.

4.4 Taxes and Duties

• Prices exclude taxes, customs duties, import duties, and other levies applicable in the destination country.
• The buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and duties upon import.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Lead Time

Standard Or Customized products typically require 7–60 days for manufacturing, depending on order complexity and current production schedule. Exact lead times will be specified in your order confirmation or quotation.

5.2 Shipping Methods

We arrange shipment via sea freight, air freight, or express courier, depending on order size, weight, destination, and urgency.

5.3 Delivery
• Delivery terms are typically FOB, CIF, as agreed in writing.

5.4 Delays

KENTEN shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, embargo, strikes, pandemic, government actions, or carrier delays.

6.1 Self-Assembly

All KENTEN structure tents are designed for straightforward assembly. Detailed assembly instructions, technical drawings, and installation manuals are provided with each product. Customers are responsible for assembly unless a separate installation service is purchased.

6.2 Installation Services

KENTEN offers optional on-site installation services for select regions. Installation fees and terms are quoted separately. If you require installation support, please contact us before placing your order.

6.3 Site Requirements

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the installation site meets the necessary requirements (level ground, adequate clearance, permits if applicable) prior to delivery.
